Farm-to-table on full display at Holdingford Schools

Food Service Director Jan Notch described to KASM Radio how the cafeteria utilizes the on campus greenhouse produce for student meals. Notch said she is excited for the new greenhouse as they continue this effort in providing local and nutritious produce for Husker students.
